Who can be nominated?
We welcome nominations for athletes, teams, coaches, and volunteers who have made a significant impact on sports in Norfolk County. See the application for detailed criteria.
Nomination Process
To make a nomination, fill out a nomination form and provide as much supporting information as possible, such as news articles, statistics, and timelines of the nominee's sports involvement and achievements.
Nominations are open until December 1 each year. Submissions are reviewed by a Nomination Committee established by the Board. Nominees are scored against a set criteria and must meet a minimum score to qualify for induction.
